Chapter 18 - Fall of the Syndicate

With his digital weapon neutralized and his tactical advantage instantly evaporated, Victor’s arrogant composure shattered completely into dust.

He lunged toward the console with a feral, animalistic roar, but Julian moved faster, tackling his estranged brother hard across the metal platform.

A brief, violent physical struggle ensued before Julian pinned Victor firmly to the floor with practiced martial arts precision, snapping heavy tactical zip-ties securely around his wrists.

The heavy steel blast doors slowly ground open from the outside as backup tactical units, alerted by Jessica’s automated relay signal, swarmed the warehouse with weapons drawn.

Federal agents quickly secured the remaining mercenaries without firing a single shot, snapping steel handcuffs on every operative in the room.

Victor was hauled roughly to his feet, his face twisted in bitter, helpless defeat as he glared at Julian and Leo with pure, unadulterated hatred.

‘You haven't won a damn thing!’ Victor spat out blood as he was dragged toward the waiting police transport. ‘There are far more powerful people above me!’

Julian completely ignored his brother’s empty, desperate threats, pulling Leo into a tight, protective paternal embrace.

The nightmare that had haunted their family for over a decade was finally over. The syndicate was dismantled, its illegal assets seized, and the Vance family name restored to absolute integrity.
